Do you remember John Bostock?

Nah I like to see it as well but this summer we're buying too many players that I haven't heard of let alone seen play, Maddison apart.

The players are gamble, the manager is a gamble, seems like if this 'project' fails than maybe the majority will finally wake up and realise our owners haven't got a fucking clue on how to run our club. We're the ninth richest club in the world, not Crystal bloody Palace.

We have a history of cheap English teenagers. Most fans think they're all signed for the first team, but most are signed with 1 eye on a flip in 2 or 3 years for a profit. Football is a businesses and player trading is a huge revenue stream if done right.
£2m for Philips now, give him 5-10 games a season for 2 years then sell for £10m
Multiply that's over 10 players over 10 years and you're making £80m profit

I can’t take another two weeks of this 😂

Problem here is Levy will also stop trying to buy anyone too

There’ll be plenty of comments from the usual folk giddily proclaiming this is Bayern getting “Levyed” but in reality this is ridiculous childish nonsense from Levy.

As usual his antics will ultimately just be to satisfy his own ego, and are not in the best interests of Tottenham Hotspur.

He's just making them wait because they've been acting like complete cunts throughout this whole process

Also who are they to propose a deadline on us, they want our player so they need to adhere to our terms.

I think in reality everyone knows that the deal is done, it's just posturing and ego from our side why this is being dragged out but it's perfectly understandable.

I agree with you that Bayern have behaved poorly, but the reality is that Bayern and Kane hold absolutely all the power with this deal, not Daniel Levy.
If it was a case that Kane had 2/3 years on his deal, I would be applauding Levy’s petty tactics, however that is not the reality.

The reality is, the reason Kane is so relaxed and not agitating for the move is because he knows it’s a win win for him. He either a) moves to Bayern this summer or b) if Levys tactics ultimately piss off Bayern to the point they pull out, Kane goes on a free next summer to any club he wants for a huge signing on fee.

Essentially no matter what happens, Spurs are not coming out the better. If Kane does stay for the coming season it’s just prolonging the inevitable, as as usual we haven’t signed anyone that will immediately make us better than last season to the point that we challenge seriously for a trophy. We’re in a rebuilding phase yet again.
It’s in Spurs’ best interest to accept this money from Bayern now, have this saga put to bed, and allow us to continue preparations for the new season. Our new manager has alluded to this.

We are potentially going into the Brentford game with a much weaker team if Kane leaves and only ONE player sold, it's been an abomination of a window so far.
