I watched loads of this kid in France and have a real soft spot for him. He’s not super busy, but very athletic, strong, puts a foot in, and can use both feet. Reasonably press resistant.
He always did have the odd careless moment in him, I’m not sure if that’s been coached out of him at PSV, I’ve not watched loads of him there. What I liked about him, was even if he made a mistake he never hid, kept wanting the ball.
To be honest he’s more similar to Bissouma in skill set than an archetypal “busy cunt”. But we could do worse.

You don't HAVE to have any English players at all, it just limits the size of your squad if you don't.
We are fine in that we have 10 HG players and to get a full 25 squad only need 8 of them.
Forster, Austin, Whiteman (3 GK's) , Tanganga, Davies, Spence, Sessegnon, White, Skipp, Maddison.
But we are probably short of 'quality' HG players - so if we signed a 'quality' HG player its no bad thing.
