Paratici?
I think he’s allowed to go to a football match plus he’s doing consultancy work for Spurs as Fifa relaxed the ban
That's your perception. Others share it, others don't.
TBH, I really don't care, I'm more interested in taking the piss out of the scapegoat merchants.
It certainly seems to have worked...
Talk that we took Romero off to avoid a 7 day ban if it was a concussion sub...
Drew away lost at home badly
So now rich is not a CF but a wide player. Can people make their minds up about position he is the least shitiest in.I'm not surprised at all about our forwards being poor. They look exactly like last season, their form wasn't down to Conte or anything else. Son has always been limited in many ways, his best attributes made him ideal for a counter attacking team, but in this system he seems unable to do anything, and I'm afraid he is in serious decline anyway. Richarlison is not a proper number 9, I'm not sure what his best attributes are, but I think he needs to be playing in wide position. Kulu looks slow and unable to go past anyone, he just holds on to the ball and passes it sideways or backwards. Not sure if that's his best position either.
Long story short, I don't think this forward line is the answer at all.
Decent start overall I would say, especially considering the chaos of midweek.
Ange has clearly put a lot of work into the way we’re set up and our counter pressing is etc.
Some key points:
Positives:
- Bissouma was outstanding. If he can keep this form for the season he Will be an absolutely massive player for us.
- Udogie looks a serious player.
- VDV is green but you can see there’s serious potential there. Real shades of Jan in him at times, just less polished…
- Maddison was really good.
Negatives:
- I’d be very nervous of Vicario. Some really really shaky moments. He’s almost a like for like replacement for Lloris, and that is not a good thing.
- Having Sanchez as our first choice back up CB still is a disgrace.
- Emerson is not good enough to play that inverted CM role. Great strike for the goals though.
- Richarlison is not good enough to be our first choice striker. No ifs, buts or maybes. We need a new striker in addition to Orban if we get him.
Emerson, goal aside got roasted twice.Postecoglou is right. Vic, Vdv, and Udogie debuts then Sanchez coming in so early. The defense was actually good for being so new together.
There's plenty of it in the stands, at least there was for all the years I went.I think you are right. If they aren't prime Messi from day one they are considered to be shit.
Most of the negativity appears to come from 'fans' that don't actually go to games.
I don’t think anybody will touch him with a barge pole for the money we’d want.
We’re stuck with him unfortunately.
Looks about right to me,
Kulu played well, BOSSouma, Maddison and Udogie are proper Spurs players
Or believe that real life should be like FIFA 23I think you are right. If they aren't prime Messi from day one they are considered to be shit.

I think it’s really difficult to judge our forwards performance against an absolutely packed box.
