I get that everyone needs work-life balance / to have holidays, but I really can't figure out how someone who's literal job is to report on transfers goes on holiday during transfer windows as much as Gold does

Surely his job is to report on Spurs, not the transfers of Spurs?

It would make less sense to go on holiday while we have matches, he needs to report on. Including press conferences, injuries and what have you.

Exactly! We need to buy a quality CB and a striker or someone creative. Why do we need another winger when we also have Gil to come back.
