True , the first game back after international breaks often throw up strange results
All this extra time ….wow all this extra time and extra time goals. There was a time when that was only reserved for Man Utd games .

The broader game rather than our performance.
Anti-football and awful refereeing just killed any recognisable sense of it being a proper match.
I'd almost suggest watching it to see how badly the ref lost it, but fuck it.... Just watch the highlights and the limbs.

Sheffield Utd (H) was Poch’s last game and to me, it just felt like closure.
All the trophy banter from rival fans and the media got to us, and we reacted to that by trying to shortcut our way to success with the serial winners whilst sacrificing the ethos that had got us close in the first place.
The manner in which how the winning goal came just felt like vindication.
If we’re going to see a parade down N17, it’s going to be with a brand of football that doesn’t betray our history.
