Ange is an achiever and a realist:
He has worked his way up the ladder, won the league in the countries he has coached in.
Managed national team in World Cup 2014 Brazil and won 2015 Asia Cup.
He is a master craftsman and uses what he has at his disposal, but it has to be his plan or move on.
All I want is for him to repeat what he has done in previous clubs and win the league for us.

initially suspected one of our new Australian members but now I think that’s too obvious. You’re a smart man, look at who was active on that thread when Ange started, but has been quiet since August when the season started…. I’ll say no more.

Spaghetti Man was probably the worst offender — multiple posts writing off Ange in the harshest of terms — but hardly alone.

And let’s not forget the 16(?) giant twats that agreed with his first post slagging Ange off.

Most of the usual suspects noted and accounted for.

I am yet to figure out how some people can hate so much associated with the club and still claim to be supporters.

Passionate, driven, confident, brilliant and, in his own way, very charismatic, as an Ange fan I believe he could have succeeded wherever he went and in whatever he wanted to do but having followed him here to the THFC I'm starting to believe he's where he was supposed to be! The culture and history of Spurs, attacking, exciting, daring and maybe just a little unlucky is such a perfect environment to show the Premier League what he's made of!

To be honest, I'm hesitant to criticise members here who were not sold on the appointment as we were bombarded with links to everyone with a pulse, barring Ange.

Even though i knew Ange well, I was surprised. I can't blame those genuine fans who knew little of Ange for their scepticism.

Having said that, I think there will always be a very small number of people who just hope he fails to prove a point. That portion is so small, its inconsequential.
 
Dropped the boy off to college today.

Was saying how great the feel good factor is at spurs. Amazing the difference to last season.

Everything looks great at the moment and, like I've always said, always, I would rather be wrong than right in those situations.

When I made that team selection i don't think we'd signed many/any first team ready players though tbf.
 
For Ange to get the feel good factor back with the players and supporters so quickly is a testament to his all round talents .

You just cannot help but warm to this guy . Football has become a joy again .
