God that was awful. Conte-esque second half.

The fact that Ange is winning PL football matches with Skipp, Dier, Davies, Emerson and PEH on the pitch at the same time is nothing short of a miracle.

I thought Everton looked our toughest test in December so great to have the 3 points.

Udogie back should improve us massively. Ange needs to figure out what to do in midfield. Skipp is lost out there.

Vs Brighton I'd go:

PEH
Sarr - GLC

It also leaves you the option of bringing Johnson on to change the game.

We do spend the money though , it’s just it had been spent on crap but last few windows we look to be spending better on decent players , I’m actually excited for the next window as I think for once we will get targets in early doors !
 
That could have been something like 5-5 overall. Cant underestimate how massive those 3 points are when you see the quality (or lack of) was on the pitch. The team is at a tipping point in terms of player availability and unfortunately Romero coming off tips it too far overboard.

That was the first genuine lucky win this season.

Ange has to be given funds to spend. Vicario is a freak of a keeper cant believe we found him.

Indeed - he was absolutely insufferable wasn't he? Refused to acknowledge anything in our favour, called 'no foul' several times when ref gave us a decision, ridiculed our players several times, absolute twat. They shouldn't really allow such biased coms unless there is one for each team (or one each with inexplicable hatred for the other team).

Woolwich and Liverpool to play later so one or both will drop points.

Spurs in 4th with 36 points from 18 games (2.0 ppg) ahead of :
- Man City by 2 points (but City have a game in hand)
- Wham by 6 points
- Newcastle by 7 points
- ManU by 8 points.

currently 3 points off top !

Given injuries and suspensions, we are in a really good place !

We were worse in the Wolves match

You're just not going to get any type of Ange football with Dier, Davies, Emerson, Skipp and Hojbjerg on the pitch, there's just too many plodders who lack composure, you can probably get away with 3 at one time but 5 is too much

He was okay and terrible at the same time. It's hard to know exactly what he is.
Sometimes showed some ability to shield the ball and release but also just as likely to give the ball away, and choose the absolute wrong pass.
Needs to work on his moment too, doesn't offer him self up enough to help the defence play out from the back

Cb seems priority but we really need a 6 asap, it's vital to how we play and frankly I think skipp and hojbjerg are garbage in this role. Who knows when benta will be back, and biss' in late Feb?
