Okay, this Dragusin thing is now really starting to piss me off.

Signing a CB had to be priority to begin with, but I was still fine with us not having new defender in against Burnley. But fucksake, ManU game is 6 days away now.

Time to close the fucking deal, do the medical, have him in some training sessions and part of the squad for the game now. Ofc Genoa knows about our urgent need and can fuck around. But this is just caused by us not getting in 3rd CB in the summer, so - if we have to pay bit more / few mil over the odds, we are just paying to correct our own shortcoming.

Imagine failing to sign a defender by the window closing in September, having all of September, October, November & December to identify a player, discuss a deal and get it sorted when the window to transfer players opens, and still have NFI what is happening.

And still there will people absolutely refusing to blame the only person who has overseen this exact same pattern of behaviors at the club. Literally nobody else at the club today has been here for the other 24 years where it's happened.
