This is something ive noticed during the recent bummings we've been getting. There is no Plan B when there needs to be after a shitty first half. I used to slate Poch for it but he had a better team. There doesnt seem to be any idea how to create chances or change a game, which for a bloke who is supposedly all-out attack is incredibly worrying

Agreed, and I think that it's actually one of the root causes of our defensive problems as well.
That's not scapegoating our defensive players for their lapses, but there's no fear on the oppositions part so we're so easy to break down.
