Came to browse the forum to get a feel for how many would be willing to hand the Gooners the league. Expected a couple of weirdos, but not such a bunch of passionate ones. Desperate for us to win. Madness.

They keep saying they ‘always put Spurs first, no matter what’. Well do you really think helping our man rivals win the league helps us? They win the league, their fan base grows massively. Spurs become a laughing stock again. More kids choose Woolwich over Spurs. The impact on Spurs of them winning the league is huge.

We need to avoid them winning it at all costs, or the gap between us becomes massive again very quickly.

Who gives a fuck what the media think? Is this the same media that were rolling out every talking head on planet earth when we played the chavs during the Leicester season to try and destabilise us?

The same media that is full of gooner wums that are always being put on commentary or to cover our games?

The same media that will absolutely spend season after season ripping the piss out of us for handing them the title on a plate? Constantly using it as a way to beat our football club and make it the butt of the joke?

And you're worried about how us throwing a game will make the club look? If anything throwing a game is EXACTLY what a ruthless "bunch of cunts" as Jose put it, would do in order to stop a club like the scum getting further ahead of us.

City winning the league means absolutely nothing at this point, those twats winning it is unbearable to think of.
 
Even for the fans desperate to chase 4th place despite it handing Woolwich the league, I am not sure Palace fans will be desperate for them to do us a favour in a game against Villa that won’t matter for them. They, like other random clubs, seem to put us in their top rivals lists.

Being mocked for handing them the title will live on forever. I’m actually amazed this is even somewhat a debate on here, every single spurs fan I know in real life is completely on board with us losing this game.
