But when we’re cheering on the team losing our last 5 in 6, what’s the called?
Some facts: we are the perennial runner-up club with beaten down fans who have learned to accept mediocrity. Our chairman is solely focused with financial stability and it filters all the way down. And we are a bit of a sad sack loser club when our back is against the wall. And we have bad luck whenever seems to go well, and we lose from winning positions, and we’re just Spursy.
But all that’s secondary to the fact that our players and our recruitment and our finances are just not enough to compete with the resources City have. And we’ve been outspent and will continue to be. And we can go on and on about mentality and winning attitude and that but the material reality is we’re a 5th or 6th place in line of financially doped superpowers. And none of us should feel shite about supporting us or blame ourselves for our “mentality”. It’s just the reality.

Who cares about making the CL?
When we made the CL under Conte, Levy didn't back him with big signings. No Bastoni, we got Lenglet.
He didn't even mention the fans, the journalists just filled in the gaps.
He was asked about the crowd reaction and he said that it wasn't interesting to him, that was about it.
At most, it's on him for being vague and letting people come to those conclusions since he refused to clarify.
Nothing a few billion buy out of the club can’t fix.

Exactly. I never want to be in this situation again. If Ange calling everyone out is what it takes to change the mentality of this football club, then I am all for it.
He stated that the last 48 hours had told him a lot about the club, inside and out and then essentially seethed in contempt at how things had unfolded. He then repeated that 'he just doesn't get it' when asked about fans wanting to lose and 'I'm just here to win'.
It was more his body language and borderline revulsion at what had unfolded.
If he can't understand our history and our rivalry then I don't really know what to say.
But why are we seeing this anger now? Where was there anything like this over the last three to four months? And to choose to do it on the night where we would have potentially handed the title to Woolwich. Did he think he was going to get a round of applause?

Last word from me on him because at this point, I honestly couldn't care if he stays or goes so I have nothing really productive to offer anymore but I will say this.
For someone who has such strong belief in his opinions and who is always talking about improving mentality he seems to get very easily wound up and pulled into it with the media, our fans always talk about how well he deals with them and yet they seem to get him suckered into these things all the time, he could just handle things internally and get on with it but it keeps happening time and time again.
Same thing with the fan behind him, most PL managers wouldn't give a shit, they would tune it out but he bites and gets annoyed (the fan was being a prick but that's really besides the point here) and it makes me think he isn't all that convinced about himself or his ability to manage in the PL, he talks like he is but this is a man I have witnessed looking down at the floor a LOT in post match interviews and being very reactive to critics of his system/tactics.
Doesn't bode well for me and now he is pointing fingers which is never a good sign, anyway, said what I said and I own it, if he shoves it down my throat and proves me wrong I will be more than happy because it means the club will have success.

We've won 3 games in 10. Luton, Forest and Burnley. All were a struggle. 6 defeats in there, 3 at Fulham, 4 at Newcastle and Liverpool, a loss to Chelsea reserves and 3-0 down at home to Woolwich in 35 mins. Thats what he should be worried about. The manager, coaching staff and players have blown top 4, not the fans.
It's so weird because nost neutrals would have praised his approach tonight.

If he's going to last, he's going to need to get it on some level. He's not going to get by on "Not interested, mate" whenever a reporter asks about Woolwich.
The one thing you cannot do as a Tottenham manager is disregard the North London rivalry or think it's the same as other club rivalries.
And of course those on here with agendas will twist what is said and have a big flounce about it!

I don't have any problem with any supporters who wanted us to win more than they wanted us to level our result against Woolwich. However, in my opinion, we had nothing to play for, except to embarrass Woolwich fans in Spurs shirts. I'm glad that Woolwich fans got the full Tottenham experience. Thierry Henry and co., keep supporting us. That's more embarrassing.
