But by all accounts they want to replace him Mckenna or Maresca. Another project manager, with far less pedigree than Pochettino. Just when their team was really starting to look a concern for next season.

I think they want a yes man manager who they can control who just coaches the team and has 0 input into signings, aint nothing wrong with that but everyone needs to be on the same page for that to happen.
There's obviously a massive disconnect at Chelsea between recruitment and coach, they signed another young Brazilian the other day so I don't see their policy changing any time soon, mental.
