Yes, he came on to the European scene by being part of a Lille that sensationally won Ligue 1 in his first season in Europe, 2020-21, which increased the hype.
He's a bit of an enigma really (who seem to be a mix of LWF and CF - a bit like Son), which is probably why no (big) club have been ready to take a risk on him (yet) despite of having been linked to several big clubs in the past, and even though he's been a regular scorer (13, 15, 24, 19 goal over the last 4 seasons).
I hope Spurs will NEVER buy a player based on a good tournament. He's destined for Juve anyway...

Might be wrong but I think the limit is on new signings and Serie A clubs can only sign 2 new non-EU players from abroad. I think non-EU players at the club don't count towards the limit and non-EU players that transfer domestically don't count either. So he would count as 1 of their possible 2 non-EU signings from abroad.

We got timo in and from statements made already we are only looking at one more addition to forwards. We need a striker and needed two go wide players to upgrade Johnson kulu and timo from last season. Well we have timo back and don’t think any of the others are going any where.

Albeit a different position, if you then look at Moore, the gulf in class and potential between the two is huge
