No brainer substitutions, Gray and Maddison were playing like training cones.
People saying that it's only preseason or that we have defenders missing are delusional.
The problem is with how we set up as a team, the tactics and philsophy. Nothing has changed or improved over preseason.
Our fans have been giddy thinking we have a bunch of world class 18 year olds coming through, it's just mental.
We've signed absolutely nobody so far to improve the side. Ange is clueless. He's talking about we won't do all our business in one window. He won't get another window the rate hs is going.
People seem to forget how awful we were from about November onwards last season. The trajectory has been downhill since.
I am telling you now, we will get pumped at Leicester on the opening day. I can see it a mile off.

I know it's pre season we get that but, we are not seeing any discernable pattern of play that looks like being a success.
The team is a disjointed mess, again like last season, teams just get through us with ease.
If we can't get it right by now then, we are not getting it right by the first game of the season.
Talk about an over-reaction to a pre-season friendly with a huge chunk of our first team not available!
And we haven't been properly set up for that test (first half, anyway).

There’s been little to enjoy from this team since November. Nobody is stupid enough to expect us to be challenging for the league but we want to see progress and many of us know what that looks like
Can already see Bergvall is getting stuck in everywhere and trying to take the game by the scruff of the neck. We need more players like this and less shrinking violets!
