This table is just proof that spending money isn't the way to get good players as I dont see Kane or Bale up there! But it said we paid 58m Euros for Richarlison?
I thought we paid £50m and £10m add on which = £60m (not 58m Euros).

Between Bergvall and Kulu we are well covered for the creative role, seriously how many 10s do we need?
Buying Ese just doesn't add to anything whilst fixing nothing.
I’m thinking of the South Korean kid as a youth player like Lankshear when we signed him. At best we send him on a European loan in JanuaryDefinitely stronger squad than last season. In defence ... VdV as option at LB, Spence re-rehabilitated (we hope), and Dragusin for the full season, and up to speed. And Gray as an option. We've only lost Emerson, so overall a fair bit better. Poss Philips is closer to first XI quality, though not sure on that.
MF ... lost clogberg, who was actually decent last season. But gained Gray, Bergvall and Moore.
Attack. Solanke should be a a huge improvement in our chance conversion ratio.
Then we have the South Korean guy coming ... don't know much about him.
We still need another attacking threat ... Eze type.
I'm optimistic. We won't have the extremes of last season but an overall progression. Our squad is marginally better as it stands
But with more fixtures , no honeymoon period etc , I can only see us doing worse than last season

I want this to happen just for the Skipp/Winks pivot

romero, VDV, drag and gray if need be...thats pretty strong! we have far bigger concerns before needing to look at CBReally surprised we haven't strengthened again at CB. Of the top 6 we easily have the least depth in that position.
Woolwich have Saliba, Gabriel, Calafiori, Timber, Kwior & White. We are 2 injuries away from Dragusin-Davies.
So surely we need at least one more, ideally LCB who can cover LB. Wish journos would push Ange on this. What's his thinking?
LWB more important - Davies gets loads of stick but i would be happy to have him as a backup LCB behind VDV & DragusinReally surprised we haven't strengthened again at CB. Of the top 6 we easily have the least depth in that position.

"Well covered" by two players with basically no demonstrable experience as 10's.Between Bergvall and Kulu we are well covered for the creative role, seriously how many 10s do we need?

I’d actually be happier with Gray or Spence at LB than Davies playing LCB. Davies is not good enough playing out, doesn’t have the pace to play high, and isn’t great in the air on set pieces. It’s a bit of a nightmare.LWB more important - Davies gets loads of stick but i would be happy to have him as a backup LCB behind VDV & Dragusin

One of which is 18 (and defines himself as an 8) in his first year in a new country!
