Match Simon Whatshisface Boys vs. The Mighty Spurs Sunday 27th Oct 2pm

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Ange has has plenty of money spent on him, this is very much his team and this team is good enough to beat a team sat in 17th without a single win in the PL this season.

Of course, Levy is Levy, we know his flaws and he will never change, we can talk about quality of players until the cows come home but the reality is, at this point, Ange has been here long enough that performances such as this one should be a RARE occurance, not a common one.

And that tells me the problem is Angeball and his lack of ability as a manager at this level, maybe I am massively wrong but that's what I think this points to and why we are never consistent.

Classic example of our mediocrity and lack of care:

Romero has time to head the ball away.....but he takes his eye off the ball, heads it straight up and gives it back to Palace.

Sunday league stuff.
Romero isn´t good defensively! There, i´ve said it!

I’ve a feeling Ange is amongst us here on TFC.

He’s read all of these posts about how Ange can’t switch his formation, tactically won’t bend.

Then he goes takes off both our 10s and puts our shittest finishers up front with zero creativity and says “How’s that for a change?!”

I once saw someone say that as a club, we can never afford to get too comfortable. We should play with swagger and belief that we can beat anyone. But if we start taking stuff for granted we will always fall flat on our face.

And that take is ever green. We don't need to have a knife against our necks. But we need to know that the knife is there so to speak.

Well put.

Had to win today though really with the next two games coming up. We could conceivably be facing three defeats on the bounce by the end of next Sunday.
