Out of his depth. Never been involved with football at this level as a player, coach, or manager.
And he's fighting a culture at a club that always plays up or down to their level of competition. Play City and we're hell bent for leather. Play Ipswitch and we take it down 7 notches because it's not a match if we don't.

couldn't care less that Bentancur scored from a corner...his performance throughout was absolutely atrocious and Ange still kept him on. The same manager that finds it the easiest task ever to sub off Bissouma and Sarr when things are not going well allows players like Romero and Bentancur every fucking opportunity known to mankind. Please tell me how Bentancur is even ahead of Bissouma in the pecking order anyway? he literally just decided it for no reason.
I know he's had his little spat with Maddison but couldn't we have fucking used him a litte earlier when we were creating diddly squat? "oh we don't like eachother anymore so now I'll be a cunt and not play you as much even though I played and allowed you to do nothing for months at the end of last season without any consequence because we were mates".
It's becoming an absolute joke now but we will randomly beat a shit team and people will forget about it until we get brushed aside by any team that has a tactically astute manager.

I said this months ago there's people on here I don't trust to genuinely assess what they are seeing. The system is flawed. It's making certain players poorer than they are. It's not the revolution some belive it to be. I really like Ange I'm gutted but I'm am not at all supprised. Side note the horribly amateurish squad building has exposed the flaws in Ange ball fully.

I previously felt too unconfident to say it so openly, especially with all the close-mindedness of other posters, but now I feel 100% certain this system is just tactically bullshit. It simply does not produce optimal play on a consistent basis. That's all- and that's absolutely a damning indictment of any coach or sportsman- if you do not use optimal tactics and respect statistical probability- you are going to LOSE. End of story.

VDV is obviously a big miss but he don’t know had he played, he would’ve changed the outcome of this game.
You can’t expect to have all the players available to beat fucking Ipswich. Iirc they also had a few injuries.
