Yeah. At risk of getting flack, he's the type of manager that I would happily see here at some point.

Smart and tactically adaptable. Not just based on his opponent, but on what his players can and cannot do.
 
What I've learned so far - the squad is too thin. Take out a couple of key people and there's a big drop off in quality. We need to strengthen in January in several positions: I hope the club shows ambition in the transfer market.

I agree, not suggesting we do a Chelsea and sign a zillion players but it’s more our lack of depth pre injuries that’s leaving us threadbare. You just can’t expect to have a successful domestic and European season with a lack of depth in defence and attack.
