Match *** Tottenham Hotspur v Fulham Sunday 1st Dec 1:30 GMT ****

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

We desperately need payers back from injury. So fucking typical we lose more than half the side to injury and suspension in the busiest part of the season with fucking Chelsea coming up.

Just shows how much we miss Solanke. Lucky to still be level. Now need to ride that luck and push on. Kula & Lankshear to come on. Son used to do ok upfront when deputising for Kane but not any longer.

When the ball is in the final third, Fulham is dropping Smith-Rowe and Jimenez deep to cut off those passes to the middle. They are forcing us to keep the ball wide and without a box presence, it’s hard for us to beat the defense that way.

Ange will make an adjustment at halftime to counter this defense.

Our main issue is we can’t sustain attacks well because we can’t hold the ball in dangerous areas. If Lankshear isn’t ready for a fight we are fucked there isn’t much else we can do other than get lucky.

On paper we are stronger than Fulham but their team is clearly more balanced. It’s worrying how little depth we have considering how many games we have.

Lankshear and Kulusevski is probably what we have left.

Shit first half.

Play the ball quicker. Get someone on who can hold the ball up. If not, just hit them on the break tbh. Our front three thrive with space to play into.
Hard to hit on the break a team that plays with 11 men behind the ball pretty much every second. Fulham have come with the usual gameplan of teams facing Spurs ie sit deep knowing they don't like it and will lose the ball eventually or giftwrap you a goal

All home games look identical to me, not matter the opposition, especially first half. People lauding Postecogleu's 'risk and reward' approach never consider that logically it means the same for the opposition. Every home game shows that and results in a virtual lottery.

Aww they aren't parking the bus- but they do have a moderately active press. They are playing double-pivot 2 CDMs while on defense, with Berge staying central and Lukic moving center-right while in attack.
