Which overly negative poster in here talks about Jewish people this way. Please enlighten me. Deary me. That wasn't satire it was hate speech if he's been here 13 years and doesn't know the difference he's no loss...

Did you miss the bit where I said he got it horribly wrong?

And that skywalker poster had zero problem with it - said it was justified so, yeah, there is a racism issue on this board for sure

Our squad is for sure not a top 4 material this season. Our depth is heavilly based on very young/project players (Gray, Moore, Bergvall, Odobert, Lankshaer as 3rd Striker) - those decisions have veen made at the beginning of season so i get philosophy of not buying short term solutions that can help now but block development for youngsters. I hear we are building something for the future, so i get results can be mixed sometimes this season, but i would expect at least control of the game against weaker/mid sides. But i just can't accept being terribly outplayed by teams like Crystal Pałace, Fulham or even Ipswich. Its not part of the process. Its just miss-managed team at this point.

I am so, disappointed we did not make wholesale chsnes at around 65-70 mins. We have in our locker a vast amount of youth talent with high octane energy and enthusiasm that may have been the difference today. It was clear from the middle of the first half our starting eleven were going to struggle. Our passing display was abysmal, We lacked that teamwork skill that normally manifests itself from being able to read each other. We saw glimpses of excellent dribbling skills only to then watch a pass go straight to an opponent or worse yet be intercepted by an opponent who was quicker getting to the ball because our player stood waiting for the ball to arrive to him instead of charging the casual pass. Watching Spurs play can sometimes be a slow burn, but I still love and support my team. Ange always takes the blame but does not seem to be making the effort to win or perform more consistently.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the department is understaffed and even underqualified.

Deleted take from the Amazon documentary. Here's our head doctor explaining to a player how he's gonna treat his hamstring issues.

It's about looking at the season as a whole, we've had some great results and some terrible results. Today we looked flat- in hindsight we shouldn't have rested Kulu, but if he had played and got injured due to fatigue, you would have criticised him for poor rotation.

I think our squad has some obvious areas of improvement- starting with both flanks.

Part of the problem with the 'we brought in players Ange wants' narrative is that in reality he will have to choose players who are within the budget.
Are their strikers who he'd ideally prefer to Solanke? Yes. Within our budget? No.
Are their left wingers who he'd prefer to Odobert and Werner? Yes. Within our budget? No.
Come on spending £50M on Johnson and £65M is not an insignificant amount. They are average PL players at best which is proven by the fact no one else really wanted them well except Brentford so Solanke at a much lower price than we paid.

Postacoglu:
"I've had already probably three questions on the Man City game and why can't we repeat that? I think if you can't see that even in seven days, we've copped a couple of significant blows since then I think, it's too easy to say, well, let's just play like we did against Man City every game. And it somehow again, seems with this club that whatever it is that we do well is then used as a millstone to bring us down at every other opportunity. And I guess from my perspective,

as I keep saying, it's really important that we don't react to any of that and just stay focused, because I just sometimes feel like, especially the players we've got at the moment, they're just really working really hard for this football club to try and progress as to where we want to be. We're in good shape, we're still in good shape, we're still in a decent position in the league. We're still in the Carabao Cup, we're in a decent position in Europe, so it's about us maintaining our focus on continuing to develop."
We're not developing though ange are we

There are alot of simpletons around who think the world of real life football is like playing Fifa or Football manager.

just back from the game, we were very poor and really deserved to be beaten. It is really showing our squad is far too thin for the amount of games we have. I thought our passing out of defence and any passing involving Johnson was terrible and Fulham got all ther chances from our slack passing including the goal

Fees are also potentially recoupable. Wages are not. Hence we pay the fees but not the wages.
We're a nothing club and now Greedy has his multi use arena, he doesn't need us to win anything or even be in the CL.
Whether he sticks or twists with Ange tells us everything.

This may seem an odd analogy ; but it’s like league tables for complicated public sector entities like hospitals.

On the one hand they punish mismanagement but on the other hand the sharpest Chief Execs and Clinical Directors will know exactly how to manage their resources to keep the hospital just within the top 30 % say . Realising that there is a sweet spot where expenditure and results are perfectly balanced in order to achieve that . They’ll get handsome bonuses for their « efficient management « and the hospital will never fall out of the top 30 % in terms of “ performance “ but will never try to break into the top 10 % .

As I said ; it might seem a unusual analogy but in my view our beloved chairman would be very sought after as a NHS Chief Exec .

Edit : If enough patients/ pressure groups start complaining: The Clinical Director
“ steps down” ;

( much to their relief and with a NDA and a payout) ; and then another one is chosen , with much fanfare and collective optimism. . That’s how it seems to work , in the NHS at least.

It's pretty bang on
Spurs are a fraud of a football club. We're no more successful than Everton, just making up numbers.

Most of our injury stats are padded by the likes of Richarlison, Moore and Odobert too. Players who probably wouldn't get many minutes.
Richarlison and Odobert would both have started today if fit.

Dont be fucking ridiculous. You can think the manager isn't up to it without pretending like we aren't severely crippled by injury during the busiest part of the season.

Vicario, Romero and VDV out alone would cripple most clubs.

Blimey...
