Even with a new manager the squad is mid. Let's be real looking at the teams around us we don't have a better squad than Utd, Villa, Brighton and we are miles behind the top sides.
A manager change "might" make the difference between 6th and 9th it's not going to turn things around.

The only way we turn it around is release the perma injured and get some proper players in.
Nah out squad is plenty good enough- it's definitely at least as good as Villa and Brighton, and I think still better than Utd.

Ange is the weakest link.

only 14 points from first place
we can still win the league

So you're saying there's a chance?

Why would google help me find something that doesn't exist ?

Luckily google does provide me with FACTS.

That was from November 15th. Since then we've lost Vicario, Solanke and now potentially Gray.
In terms of total days missed we were 6th, that's what I recalled from the article. But yeah fair enough re us having more players miss 1+ game. Mea culpa.

At the end of the day, injuries are part & parcel of the game, gotta find a way to deal with it. Which would be easier if our chairman and his gang knew their job.

Just got home from the game so probably this has been said already.

From minute one it felt like we were playing with one man less.

Defensively we are a mess and if it weren’t for Davies and Forster they’d have probably been out of sight in the first half.

Plus as soon as I saw our attack I knew we were fucked.

I don't know what to think about Postecoglou but he needs to find something that looks closer to decent.

United soon in the Cup and right now they are beginning to buzz a little, whereas we mostly look a bit lethargic and unsure.

Wow, didn’t see that coming from him

For me, the warning signs were there. Many if not most of his posts centred around waycism, ethnicity, national identity and discrimination of some sort. It's not a major surprise to see some projection might have been involved.

All we can really do now is commend the swift and brutal action of the Admin. Straight red card, no arguing, no VAR check. And it looks like no protest from the fans either!

Understand you're kidding, but even the possibility that we are relying on a youngster from K-league shows how unserious the club are...

Imagine if Jose, or Conte had a similar record to Ange at this point of their first season?

Fans would be calling for their heads. I mean Jose was fired the week before a Cup final, less we forget.

In my opinion one of the biggest reasons Ange is still here is his handling of the media, and his bluffing about where the team is. We are forever on a learning curve with Ange, he is loathe to set targets for the team and often bemoans the number of fixtures and injuries (to some degree but all teams have these).

If the "kids" on the bench can't yet be trusted to start, why are they here, let alone predominantly being played in our most likely success that is the EL?

I don't think Levy will fire him this season, then again I didn't think he'd fire Jose a week before a final, or Conte even though he made an ass of Levy in that interview.

We are heading for mid-table and (on latest form) a fifteen season game loss. This may decide Ange's future, and if the season ends this way then he should go.

I think every team would struggle if their so called defensive 1st team pairing were both absent, not that ours have been so good anyway.

Up top we are average in terms of any trio we can offer in my opinion, and Richarlison's never readiness cripples us.

Midfield lacks a proper DM.

Result - your analysis.

And Postecoglou isn't a get up amd at em character, so I don't feel he csn get more out of players in a way certain managers might
.
