And once again you still haven't proved to me why my method is more riskier than using a dodgy password manager, it's great that it includes physical security but your password is still online, that's the point

Me too. Nobody ever hacked a piece of paper (home, not in the office, of course).
Then again, you can write a 30 characters passwd and know the actual one's position and size. Or use every third character or whatever. Brute force attacks are not possible in most if not all bank sites.

Our players as a group are mentally weak, no one wants to take responsibility, there is no clear on field leader and any sort of pressure sees them buckle. I am not sure this is something you can train, it is usually there or it's not, we badly need leaders to knock some of our team into shape.

Of course they have their uses for other people, I don't want to use one and you can't convince me otherwise.AND tbh I'd feel much safer with my method, it's actually a fact that my method is 100% safer than yours, sorry to say but it's true.
