I sometimes wonder if some Spurs fans I see around, are more invested in what would be a great climax to Big Ange the Musical than the wellbeing of the team.

I'm not gonna say they're not Spurs fans or anything like that. I just think that they've bought into something so much that it's hard for them to leave.
The question is why.

What has Ange done? Won three managers of the month when he started and won 10 games?

Reminds people of the good old days of Kylie & Jason’s wedding?

Says mate a lot so reminds them of Londoners?

There is no valid reason for him to have such a blind and devoted following.

Celtic fans and Aussies, mostly. The vast majority of people advocating for Ange all joined the forum in the last 18 months. Says it all.

just been flickering on the youtube fan channels God they are still saying keep the manager, only appear to allow those who want ange in to talk
they keep saying wish he would tinker the system slightly, then add But he's said he won't change, and they still say Ange in

MADNESS
Ludicrous. Injuries galore and weve been shit most since chelsea last year. Can only think his attacking mindset is playing the heart strings of some supporters. But the reality is hes not good enough.

We've tried pragmatic managers. Mourinho, Conte, Nuno.

Areta looked shit many times in his early years with Woolwich. Klopp was criticised a lot for Liverpool's inconsistency. They both improved only when they signed better players.

Ange has the right vision for the team and club, one that's aligned with Spurs traditions. He has won in multiple countries and proven his methods can work. But we need a Chairman who is sincere in wanting to win, and willing to do what that takes.
Ange has been backed enough to get better results than this.

Even when healthy, the defense is shaky at best. To start the year people on here raved about Udogie, VvD, Romero, Bentancur and all have regressed this season.

Spence has been our best surprise player and Ange refused to play him until he was forced to.

If we are going to drop points, at least do it giving minutes to future players like Bergvall, Gray in his correct position, Spence, etc. instead we move players out of position and refuse to use academy guys.

One source, there are loads (google is your friend)

Richy says here “thigh injury” but anyone counting Richys injuries as being caused by Ange is mental

Alright, for the sake of argument, let’s say Romero’s injury is a quad (still a strain, by the way) and Richarlison’s injury-prone nature lets Ange off the hook for him.

That still leaves us with four hamstring injuries, mate. What’s the excuse for those? Is that just pure coincidence?

Romero was never hamstring, it was his quad.

That site is wrong because Richy is/was quad as well.

Hamstrings
VDV
Davies
Odobert
Maybe Udogie today.
eh? why did you just make stuff up??

  • December 2023: Romero was forced off the field at half-time in a match against Everton and was ruled out for four to five weeks with a hamstring strain. He had just returned to action after a three-match ban for being sent off in a loss to Chelsea.

  • November 2023: Romero missed several games with toe and hamstring problems, including the wins over Manchester City and Aston Villa. He also came off at half-time for Argentina against Paraguay.

  • Earlier in 2023: Romero was ruled out for at least a month with a hamstring injury

in regards to richi..

Ange said: “Richy obviously felt something in the action of setting the goal up, his hamstring, so we'll see

I know your whole shtick is to counter anything negative said about Ange but at least be truthful.

All the simpletons saying "i don't see the point in sacking Ange, who are we gonna get that's better?"

Let's use some analogies for you.

You've got a 3km walk from the stadium to Seven Sisters.
You're wearing a nice looking pair of Lacoste trainers.
You're under halfway into the 3km walk as you get to Sports Direct. At that point you realise those nice looking Lacoste trainers are a size too small and cutting chunks out of your feet.
Literally any old pair of trainers in sports direct would ease the severe pain and bleeding you are experiencing.

Would you say "nah, I'll leave it, in 3 months time, when blisters have all healed up, I'll be able to run a marathon in these!"

Of course you fucking wouldn't. You'd likely never wear the poxy things ever again.

Also turns out they're not genuine Lacoste and they're actually snidey knock offs sold under false pretences and promises.
MATE.

Proving you can win in Japan Australia and Scotland does not prove his methods work lol. He’s got no experience at this level and is failing more than any manager in the last 15 years.

Anyone still backing this clown is either a troll, or someone who just doesn’t want to face the truth that they got it wrong with this manager, it’s pathetic.

Just gave sources that I'd found.

Why are you quoting a Romero hamstring injury from 2023?

Ange was mistaken on the Richy injury i think. That quote was right after the game and I ready somewhere else it was actually his thigh. Maybe I'd got that wrong but you can't seriously claim Ange broke Richy?
