And like lasagnegate, anyone who had the virus will rapidly run out of energy. I remember Jenas saying that he was finished in the second half. The vibe I got from the press conference was everyone will play.

It's not hard at all to pinpoint why the squad is so weak at all . It's clearly the "stewards", their bare minimum investment in the squad (esp wages) and their total lack of any drive to win. (And not those stewards in orange jackets that tell you sit down)Hard to pinpoint of course, but its outcome us one of having real concerns and little or no hope, at the present time.
A far cry from 7 or 8 years ago, under the same stewards, just in case memories are short.
Newcastle were 12th at start of December, but are now fifth and last December lost six out of six but regrouped and finished seventh, are they a good example to your squad if you get players back, you can get going again?
Indeed that is what he said. The stubborn, straight talking, objective bastard.Newcastle were 12th at start of December, but are now fifth and last December lost six out of six but regrouped and finished seventh, are they a good example to your squad if you get players back, you can get going again?
I think if you look at that time last year, I actually spoke about it at the press conference. They had a ridiculous amount of injuries and I actually specifically mentioned Newcastle and how they have a ridiculous amount of injuries and it’s no wonder their form is suffering, but that’s a boring tale, mate. It doesn’t mean and like I said, people will be outside with pitch forks and looking for heads, so let’s not take that narrative.
But is that a good example?
I think so but it’s a boring stuff, mate and I’m a boring person, so I don’t think you’ll get much traction with that.

It's becoming clear that the Poch era was mostly a fluke of a crop of great players alongside an excellent manager, not the result of any grand strategy from ENIC. They threw some shit against the wall and on that occasion it kind of stuck. By 2018 it was sliding down the wall.
Not to say that the medical and coaching staff aren't underperforming too, as they clearly are.
Of course it was. Because it was 100% factual. That was a response that was as easy to predict as tomorrow's loss.
The only thing I am unsure of is whether we will also lose to Tamworth next weekend. It's all too possible
Give me a ring Ange, I can see what is being done wrong.Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou on what he puts down the amount of injuries his team are suffering to: "I think it is probably a combination of different things. The amount of fixtures, the way we play. I guess the challenging thing for us is that quite a few of our injuries have been re-injuries which is something we're looking at.
One good thing if they are ill, they can’t train so they can’t get injured"
If my facts are predictable then that's praise, if anything. That was a response that was as easy to predict as tomorrow's loss.

That's the only one I'm not sure about. The others feel more than likely. I'm still hoping we can surprise Liverpool, though. I'd like to win anything this year. That was a response that was as easy to predict as tomorrow's loss.

It’s incredibly disheartening what Chelsea at home has done to us under Ange… just derailed 2 seasons.
Quite insane

Fucking cheek of it giving Eddie Howe excuses like that.
Hilariously it was the same excusesDeuterz was giving Newcastle last season too.
Awww Dudu is tagging me again, know I must have got to him.
We aren’t Newcastle. I don’t have Newcastle level expectations. Hilariously you obviously do.
Btw - Newcastle’s squad depth and their injury crisis last season were both worse than what we are currently experiencing. Think they had twice the total number of players out.
The very fact that Major Misanthrope Notabadsquad is predicting (I assume), along with other drama queens on TFC, that we will lose to Tamworth is situation normal. The very fact that some think we will lose to Tamworth is telling in itself as to our current situation. It’s crazy.
I'm still watching every single one. The pressure of the job is visibly overwhelming him now. The laughter when there is any seems a nervous one rather than genuine. Not that it matters really. You watched it and thought it was downbeat?
Maybe a clip or 2 could come off that way but watching the whole thing he was cracking jokes about Tuchel and in an ok mood really
