Match Spurs v Barcodes. Saturday 4 January 2025 KO 12:30. Live on TNT

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

We literally did the opposite with Romero and Udogie. Both could have comeback way earlier but we were cautious with them. We basically gave Udogie 2 weeks off after picking up a small knock against southampton where he wanted to play on but at 4-0 we were happy to take him off. You could argue VDV was brought back early but he was out 6 weeks?

But hey don't let that facts ruin a good story and agenda ;)
BS

Can't see us doing anything more in this game. We came out of blocks well, took a lead but once Newcastle adjusted and settled in they ran circles around us.
We're in a mess tactically and don't have the squad at the moment for the individual player brilliance to bail us out.

I don’t think we’re doing too badly inspite of half the team only being on the pitch due to injuries or suspension. The lads are obviously in need of an injection of belief or inspiration.

Those are the two things I can’t believe. That equalizer was complete garbage. If that’s not a clear and obvious error, I have no idea what is.

And how does Joelinton not even have a yellow? It’s unbelievable. Honestly, I like him as a player and would love him at Spurs, but he’s brutal and has been particularly egregious today.
He’d be booked and sent off every other game for us.

Put another misfielder in there.

Imagine trying to push the Ange out agenda knowing how fucked our squad is, literal predictions before the match of a heavy defeat and still crying, Good Lord

Have a fucking weekend off for once lads
We were poor long before the injuries, Shady. Let’s not rewrite history—our decline started after the Chelsea game, and it’s been on a downwards trend ever since.

The so-called ‘Ange out agenda’ isn’t some contrived vendetta; it’s an objective conclusion based on results, performances, and the complete lack of tactical discipline. Injuries might explain some things, but they don’t excuse months of predictable patterns, defensive chaos, and stubborn decision-making.

I think it’s obvious the football isn’t entertaining for any of us because we spend more time arguing on here about Ange than we do talking about the football don’t we?

That’s probably the only thing I agree with you on here, we spend too much time talking about it but I think that speaks volumes about how shit we are under his management because if the football was good, this thread would have half the replies…
