Anyone trying to tactically analyze this match need to bear in mind this is a total one-off, tactics are somewhat out the window.
Ah Aphid: Again promoting your Ange out agenda! This is a typical Ange cup away game so far. Reminds me of Coventry earlier in the season.
Not a great advert for Ange continuing in the job much longer.
We are playing route one football to a forward line of Werner and Moore?
Really? I like him a lot. Genuine passion for the gameAlly McCoist should be banned from providing commentary, does my head in every time he opens his mouth.
Probably making sure he doesn't leave the country.
One of the very few that is showing he plays at a higher level than Tamworth.
Like watching the old fella on the estate who tells people he used to cage fight before an injury stopped him starting on the local teenager because he’s wearing a hoodie.
I’d be feigning a groin strain!
Never been consistency across countries and divisins. Watch a league 1 game and see the tackles that are allowed. Cup games are reffed more like games lower in the league.Riddle me this... if this was a premier league game the ref would have blown up numerous times.
So do referees officiate different rules depending on what level they are involved with?
I thought it was one game, one set of rules...
Why should they not mark him because he's a fucking teenager?
Oh for sure. Especially in the cup and even more so when it is a minnow team like Tamworth. They want the "entertainment".Riddle me this... if this was a premier league game the ref would have blown up numerous times.
