I do think we need to try something new. Ange should be doing a lot better with the players we have. We don’t seem to have any identity on the pitch and the players look timid. How does he survive with 7 wins and 11 losses?

If it's just about tactics why did every single player lose every single personal dual, lose the ball repeatedly and just get bullied?

I've never been completely sold on Maddison. He's either having a brilliant game or anonymous, similar to Kulu in a way, in my opinion.
I said to my wife at half time that I used to really get a buzz before NLD games and would always be really looking forward to them, but its been years since I last had that feeling. It seems that in the last few years we never really look up for it, always putting in the same wet performances.
At least when we were a bit shit many years ago the players would be bang up for it and make it a bit of a coin toss, even when Woolwich were much the better side. These days it's like watching the same limp dick performance time after time, nothing changing. I don't feel the same enthusiasm about the game anymore because I know what I'm going to be served up before a ball is even kicked.

The games where we've looked good this season.. I haven't thought that "Oh, we might be going in the right direction", I've thought "Oh we have some good players. With a good coach and some reinforcements, we could be a good team"

There’s a difference between not expecting to get anything and forgetting to turn up. Look at bloody Tamworth, they would have been expecting to get hammered yet they went toe to toe with us for over 90 mins. Make an effort, play well/reasonably well and get beat… you take that on the chin. Perform like we did tonight plus the previous woeful performances is completely unacceptable and it should be the end of the doomed penny pinching Ange experiment.
