You often do see teams take their foot off the pedal at, say, 3-0 up which then means you can catch them off guard a little bit - but where is that intensity from kick off? The manager has to take some of the blame.

Nonsense. They were just playing a poor side who inevitably tired and had to take off their best players. We were criminally bad in the first half and the manager has an awful lot to do with that.
