I know it doesn't say much, if anything at all. But Kulu has been our best player this season.

I'll admit, when I first saw the lineups I actually thought that he might have stumbled upon something useful. A typical 3-4-2-1 where Maddison and Kulusevski roam freely all over the pitch, Porro and Spence provide the width by pushing way up while relying on RCB and LCB to have their backs ,and Bergvall-Sarr work their socks off to keep the midfield together. I wasn't expecting perfect execution, but I surely wasn't expecting this calamity of a first half either.
IMO he totally butchered it by asking the aforementioned RCB (Gray) to play like an additional midfielder.The guy was constantly in two minds between holding his spot and pushing forward to press or to receive a pass. I guess the idea was to have him do a little bit of both, so that we have something resembling 3 CBs and 3 CMs at the same time.
Except he could do neither, because he was tasked with the impossible. Dragusin and Davies were left even more exposed than they could have been in a back 4. Sarr and Bergvall were routinely outnumbered in midfield. Maddison and Kulusevski were stuck between dropping deeper to salvage the situation versus staying further up to support Son. What a mess this was.
Looks like he had never used a back 3 in his life before, as he was hilariously naive in terms of how it works. Then the question arises: Why not keep your usual 4-3-3 and play Gray as a proper DM instead, with Kulusevski at RW and Maddison at LW? Mind-boggling stuff.

It's really simple. Take a few games. Fill the stadium. Watch till half time. After half time, all fans walk out, leaving the empty stadium. It won't take long. After the second or third game, even Levy and his board will get the picture.
Yes, you loose the money of the tickets. But look at it this way. You only getting 10 percent of the value you should be getting. After Levy and his board are removed, you'll get 100 percent. Small price to pay but worth it in the long run.
I'm not from the UK and I've seen this work in our country. Finances of a club trumps all and the Fans finance the club.
Christ, that post match interview from Ange was abysmal. I know it’s hard to defend that result but just coming out with bollocks about difficult to gain traction in the first half, hoping to gain consistency and hoping to show improvement in up and coming games, simply doesn’t cut it.
