How can things conceivably get any worse ?

We are losing every week , no matter the opposition

What could mason actually do that's worse ?

Let me turn the question round to you.

Forget Ange for a sec, what faith do you have in Ryan Mason in which you think he'll be able to turn this shambles around? Answer without mentioning Ange...

I'd love to hear this...

I’ll happily hold my hands up and say I thought 3-5-2 or at least 3 at the back with wingbacks maybe the best use of the players.

But I meant like fully fit squad, not square legs in round holes lol. 3at the back should have given us defensive solidity where playing the attacking football. Today they forgot to attack until we’d revered to a back 4.
This wasn't a 3-5-2. We were still playing his stupid 'inverted fullback' shit. In possession Archie was often up in the 10. It was clear the players had no idea where they should be.

The number of people who says "but Mason" shrinks every week.

Like what are we sacrificing from all this glorious failure by going to Mason?

He wouldn't be ideal and Levy really should have his fucking dumbass director of football keeping tabs on managers everywhere for this eventuality but it's not like Ange is doing anything special that Mason can't at this point.

I love attacking football but I'd relish one game now where we're not wide fucking open at the back. Or a game where one ball doesn't leave the opposition teams striker completely in on goal. Or a few games where we don't have double figures in player numbers injured.

We'll lose the next 5 under Ange

What's mason gonna do , somehow lose 6 out of 5?

Of course he is.

He’s an arrogant prick that only thinks about himself and his ‘brand’. When he says ‘it’s who we are’, he’s saying ‘it’s who I am’.

Never known our fanbase to be so duped by such an obvious fraud.
Honestly. What happened to I'm a winner. i win. Presenting the club and it's fans as weak minded losers to a wider public that lapped it up.

Now it's. Well the last ten minutes were alright weren't they?

I love attacking football too but let's be honest until the last 20 minutes or so our xG was at something like 0.3 and Pickford didn't have anything to do.

It's attacking football without any threat. Pointless.
