It’s really sad. The players are being told it’s their fault ‘not good enough’. A more conservative system and they’re more than technically able enough to hold possession for long periods of time with reasonable breaks etc.
Whether deliberate or not, our last 3 coaches (not counting Nuno, obvs.) have been massive egotists and it can’t possibly be their fault, but the fault of the players. If your players aren’t able to win with your system, you change the system.
