I’m presuming , as I’m no expert , but regarding the hotel , wouldn’t collateral be needed like a deposit for a house ? We did put money into the stadium build as well as the loans .

I’m pretty sure THFC properties ( looking at the books ) or possibly another satellite company do not have the capital to put down a deposit , maybe the loan is 100%
 
I find it incredible we are more or less linked to no one right now. How can the club be doing nothing in the xfer market and also supposedly in our worst injury crisis ever? It doesn't make any sense.

I suppose in some ways I get it. If we bring someone in it needs to be someone that we want long term! I heard some journo guy mention bringing in Ben Godfrey as a body ‘he would have chosen us over Ipswich’ okay sure but then we get a few defenders back and we’re stuck with Ben fucking Godfrey for the next 3-4 years!

Out of interest If we could bring in 3 bodies ‘average workman’ like playes that can take a few mins off our starters would people sign off on that?

Or if the players we want let’s say Dibling, Delap (I dunno?!) we’re available in the summer would you wait?

We will be priced out of the market in the summer
 
Chelsea in for another wide attacker in Garnacho for 50 million. So that will give them about 20 top attackers who all walk into our squad basically, and we can't sign a single decent one. It's like we don't even bother trying. We are never even in the conversation.

Mental how different the two clubs are in terms of ambition.

Yup, but once they reach 21 at some point, we will have to register them in Europe. Having them as CT will help US for hopefully like 10 next years
