We need players regardless f who’s head coach, especially if we do the smart thing and hire a coach that fits the squad we’ve been building already.
He's more of an COM but, at 192 cm, and from the little I have seen of him, I believe he could be converted into an DM. I could see him joining an EPL club
But on the negative side he is almost certainly not good enough, he's 3rd choice striker for Brighton FFS

I think looking at the options in the transfer market there's not much choice at the moment for many other players to come in...
You’d hope they get Ferguson so they can send Lamkshear out on loan to get real minutes. He need to be playing consistently.

If we wanted Ferguson we'd have him in already. Here's the horrible thought I can't shake if Brighton for example took Lankshear on a straight swap he'd be the better player with in a season. Lankshear was PL2 player of the year look at a few of the players who have done this. He needs game time. Send him to the Championship ASAP.
