By allocating a higher proportion of our revenue to anything, we’d lose more money than we presently do. So we’d need money to be put into the club, eventually.

We’ve lost money for four years in a row, totalling over £300m.

Yes, we’ve got room to allocate more money, but it has to come from somewhere. I’m not really confident in it coming from our present owners.
The clubs value has increased about £1-£2 bn under this ownership . The money should come from that, we have wiggle room on ffp spend doesn't have to come from revenues only.

Agree but we haven’t sold anywhere near what we’ve spent over the last five years.

Completely agree on the self imposed strategy - but there’s another fault and that’s the self maintaining approach. We are desperate for 500M one time transformation on players to build - why are they failing to bring in the investment? Any big business invests or dies

I don’t think levy/ ENIC have the intelligence to be aware that good deals have to go both ways . For the recipient & investor .

I think we're currently at the thinking about thinking about stage

He looks bang average to me. Always has.

Doesn't fancy losing most games and, fighting relegation can't say i blame him.

I really don’t think Levy will. I think he is a power freak who won’t let go. He believes he’s doing a great job for Spurs in his head and doesn’t want to let go.

He has the biggest wage in football for a chairman. He has political power of sorts at the club and premier league, he can use the club as collateral for new investments. It’s a giant money train for him and it gives him something to keep occupied with. I don’t see him selling either.

I’d say it’s more like £3b - £4b and your point is entirely reasonable.

If I were the owner, I’d be using some of that potential money (as it is potential money, not actual cash) and throw half a billion in to speculate with. Unlikely that the players we could buy with that won’t add value and help us win things, making us worth £4b - £5b.

Although, we are possibly more likely to find a buyer as a sleeping giant than we are as a successful side.

Stubbornness. Just get vibe with him wants last word as if we win trophy he can stick two fingers up and take all the credit. Then head off into sunset thinking he was a success. He should have quit when he fired poch. His ego is too big.
