I wouldn't even say it's his way of playing, it's that his ineptitude at coaching/tactics prevents him from actually putting out a side that plays how he wants to.

Why do we have to manage Richy’s minutes? Why is the defence at such bare bones? Which other team has so many players out at the same time? And then, when you realise that a) we need to manage Richy because our other striker is injured and b) no other team, you have to ask what’s the difference?
