The advice I think would be more 'go and sign for Spurs but don't sign your life away like I did' he's 21 plenty of time to move elsewhere.
If you are Tel, you look at the level Kane reached by playing for Spurs, you ask him about how he was able to develop to that level at Spurs and Harry being a Spurs fan does what any of us would do and you tell him to join.
Dier would say the same. They both love this club, no question about it.
