They do. Or rather, it's an insurance thing as I understand it.

Italian insurance companies won't give a player with a known heart problem coverage if they go down while playing in Serie A. But as I understand it if Danso signs for us he could play a game in Italy if let's say that we ever face an Italian team the next time that we are in Europe. Because he would be covered by a British insurance.
 
Need a right winger badly to allow us to permanently move Kulusevski central. A loan for a striker wouldn’t be a bad shout if we don’t think Scarlett can do a job as a CF covering Richy and Solanke.

Danso and Dibling would be at least something in this shambles.
