After all, that City 4:0 victory cost us a season.

We were preety lucky that day and result flattered us, but it set tone for December that "his football works its just injuries".

And many people quickly forgot about abyssmal performance against Ipswich and Crystal Palace - that were preety much similar to what we saw yesterday.

December was the moment to sack him. Not even based on December performances (which were horrible) - but based on what we saw earlier in the season - and obvious signs his football is hit and miss and will never again let us go over .500 points percentage in the league.

Sports writers, feel free to take the following passages from this article and reuse in every Spurs match report from here on out until the manager is fired:

"repeatedly finding holes in the Spurs defence"
"limping off ... with a suspected [insert injury here]"
"fail to make an impression up front"
"somehow survived a goalmouth scramble"
"Bentancur .... was booked for a late challenge"
"the disappointing James Maddison"
"For Postecoglou, the pressure is only mounting"

And reuse this passage until the chairman is fired:

"Spurs ... finish yet another season empty-handed."

Never thought I could proper hate a coach. What really grates with him is that at the highest level he is a football FRAUD whilst simultaneously ruining a very good base of young players.

I swear if I ever bump into Ange, even in 30 years from now and he is all old and shit, I will spit at his feet... Or get my grandad to square up to him so the Aussie/Greek can't hide behind his age.

Fucking coward whenever he loses; notice how he was scared to walk over to the amazing fans and so instead he fake applauded them from the centre circle.

Man's a cuck, blud. I bet if he lived in Chaucer's days, other men would pipe his wife whilst he slept in the attic waiting for the world to end convinced everyone else was wrong.

Oh yeah, good morning everyone lol

Sorry for double post - but this one touches something completely different than previous one.

I encourage you to do exercise of watching lets say yesterdays first half again. But imagine you are AZ supporters and focus on their players. You will see how easy it was for them to do everything yesterday.

Basically they decided when they wanted to take ball from us (whether in deep, mid or high block), managed their load because they play every 3 days with 15 players. And they have absolutely no problems with playing through our pressing.

We watch games with focus on our players and complain how hard everything is for them. Yeah, its even worse when you see how easy stuff is for opponents when they play against us.

Maybe Postecoglou’s legacy will be the valuable life lesson he’s taught us. That being deluded, having a positive attitude no matter what and screaming at others who have different opinions won’t make things work out.

Ooh you’re hard

This has to end now. I hate seeing people lose their jobs in any walk of life but this can’t go on. The tie is definitely in the balance and I still think we will go through but we shouldn’t be losing that game and definitely not in the manner we did!
The players are good enough but the system isn’t. That only falls on one guy. I think he’ll be here to the summer at the very least though so we could be in for a tough period supporting this club. We are used to it but this for me is the worst it’s been.

Never felt as numb as I do now supporting this club. I thought after Liverpool and Villa we had hit our lowest but last night was another level.

he probably knows what hes doing there too.

what is the plan? the football is proper shit. players hanging onto it far tooo long. ive seen kids player a more attractive brand of football and thats not even a joke.

when hes sacked its going to feel as good as winning a trophy.
Agreed. In the summer (hopefully sooner) we will win the AngeGone Cup ... and be one of the few PL teams to win a trophy in the close season.

I am going next Thursday. Likely my last game at the entertainment complex this season - unless we get thru (have gone to every EL home game just to keep it up). I honestly think it's 60/40 Az now. They gave us a hard time in the last game at our place.

Awfully quiet night and morning from the usual followers of the cult. Wasnt he supposed to be the chosen one? Might be logging off already.
Lots of players back, lots of time to rest. And now the pitch is the problem?

I think the real excuse is it's a football match. "Yeah mate, well it was a football match, and, you know, you're kinda tryin to do something you're not really sure about. But the boys have come through it ok".

Fair play to you and I hope you get another 2 after next Thursday. It’s a real effort to go to games because of travelling and I’mat the stage where it’s not worth it. It’s a sacrifice and to hear players kinda having a go at fans is utterly fucking wrong.

the manager isn't getting enough from this squad of players hence will leave in the summer, it's not working out with him. other managers can organize much better, but even with a new manager i don't think we'll be drastically better tbh

I think we maybe overrate some of our players to highly, think there's a whole lot of midtable dross that we've picked up the last 4 years , and young players who should be nowhere near starting

Sad Tobey Maguire GIF

Disagree. We are better than mid-table. As has been pointed out a thousand times on this forum, there are serious identifiable tactical weaknesses with this coach (sorry, he doesn't actually coach, which might just be another problem).

We are a decent squad that should be well in with a good chance of winning the EL. We should have won last night by two or three goals against a poor but well organised team.

Our starting 11 are all internationals which says something. It doesn't say they should be top 4 or 5, but it absolutely does say we should be putting away AZ, Tamworth, Rangers, Leicester, etc etc

Ange does not have experience at the top level. And strip out Celtic and his win ratio is actually not very good at all.
