Yes, the show should be about the action and wish they'd spend less time chatting; most of it is banal and stating the bleedin' obvious to anyone who has an interest in the game. The most entertaining MOTD was the one where commentators went on strike.

He says people have already seen the goals, what we've actually already seen is endless commentary, analysis and opinion about the games - much more so than the actual football. I know CBS Golazo or whatever get's relatively good ratings but that's more of an entertainment first type of show & I know the BBC wants to go more into that kind of thing but honestly who even watches terrestrial TV who's under the age of 40?
