It’s made up of European teams with budgets the size of Ipswich or less. Frankfurt would be mid table at best in England.

I have no idea how you guys watch us get absolutely fried in the premier league week in week out sitting in 17th and don’t doubt the quality of a competition we are getting to the final in.

All cup competitions aside from the CL have an element of teams resting players and being secondary.


Bodo Glimt are a great little story. They’re also a 4k capacity home stadium with a wage budget the same as your average Asda. Let’s not compare them to prem teams.

Frankfurt, Lazio etc would be mid table in England … they are not good, their budgets are comparable to Ipswich.
