The government dictates school curriculum but if you have shit teachers that can't motivate students or understand how to teach in the best way, then the pupils will not learn.

Perhaps at the start of a season instead of posts on the “expectations for the season” thread which always appears …..top 4, win a cup etc, we just accept that we ain’t a top 5 or 6 club that horse has bolted , we stay in the league(suits Levy) qualify for Europe(suits Levy) we have cup runs(suits Levy) and gives us a bit hope……and we are at the same level as Everton, Brighton, Palace & Fulham we ain’t winning, we ain’t going down we’re just here …..
