Match Tottenham Hotspur vs Crystal Palace Sunday 11th May 2.15pm

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I’m not seeing any reason to excuse this type of performance at home against a team who are in exactly the same cup final challenge as us, in fact a little more immediate for them.

This Tottenham team will go down next year without serious investment and significant tactical changes.
If we don't win the Europa and don't get back into Europe, then who is going to want to stay and who is going to want to come? We could actually get relegated next season if the 3 coming up get investment.

I can't remember a weaker EL winner than either United or Tottenham. Two genuine relegation fodders who might not even hit the 40 point mark, and could've easily gotten relegated if not for the 3 truly dreadful teams at the bottom.

UEFA might have to reconsider their new format if it's going to create champions like these two going forward.

Quick, let's see if we can give our spot away to a team more deserving.

Suggestions?

The way Kulusevski bundles about the pitch is so infuriating. I have never seen a player so out of sync with his own body. He is constantly flailing around making weird unnecessary motions and banging into the turf or other players, all actions which are likely to cause injury.

I mean that shot he took looked like a bog standard shot at goal and somehow he’s almost done a fucking front flip landing on his back, how is that even possible?!

Just have more composure, so sick of him at this point.
Watching him shapeshift about the pitch actually has me cracking up

Looks like the crowd are really up for the start of the second half. Where are you, Mrs P?

Is it the most significant moment? More than a CL final? Or a year unbeaten at home when played probably the best football in the last 30 years.
Winning a trophy is nice but is it more significant than being fucking dog shit for 18 months?
I think so. I think even if we had had a few more recent trophies (league and fa cups) in our cabinet I still think I'd marginally prefer EL Cup over a champions league final... :sonhmm: At the end of the day, in 20 years time Ange will be largely forgotten but winning the EL of course won't be.

If we win the final on the 21st, it will of been 37 years since we last won a European trophy!
