In fairness i suppose a club 17th in the league can’t be turning out noses up at half the names on the list.
As it stands out best shot of premier league survival next season is hoping that the three promoted championship teams are shite again.

I wonder who are the top 3 not on the list?

Don't know enough in depth about Xavi but he gave alot of youth debuts in his time

We need to start this, we have Vuskovic, Phillips, Donley, Devine, Yang & Lankshear out on loan, would be nice to see some get integrated into a first team system

Devine & Vuskovic should be around the first team at a minimum

Not one manager is jumping out to me tbh. The top tier managers in worlds football seem to be in generally stable positions at club or country. With the World Cup next year, I doubt we’ll be able to pull away any national coaches either. That leaves managers who are unemployed or are up and comers. Klopp anyone?? 😏

I think we need to find someone who’s good at fostering youth and obviously picking up performances similar to what Poch did when he came in. I also wouldn’t be surprised in the slightest if Levy sticks with Ange for another year if we win the Europa

What has Xavi done in management? He would be a very risky appointment IMO. Him managing Barca was like Chelsea appointing Lampard or Liverpool appointing Gerrard, but in a 2-team league.

Lampard was shit at Chelsea, Gerrard would have been shit at Liverpool.

Xavi had Barca’s 2 best seasons in 15 years or somethingso like that. Gave debuts to Gavi, Pedri, Cubarsi, and Yamal.

Understands the most dominant playing style in modern football better than probably anyone and completely obsessed with football and coaching. Has that hunger to be great still,

No brainer imo

Why is he not still at Barca then? They 'hired' him when they had no money at all and were in big trouble. He had to blood their academy players.

I note Xavi's Barca got knocked out of the Europa league at QTF Final stage by Frankfurt.
