Heard poch quite a few times in past as our manager important not to savage young players confidence as will start doubting themselves. Introduce them at right time. Redknapp did same with Bale. We couldnt buy a win when bale played early doors. When redknapp took charge brought on bale as sub when we were smashing burnley. Just an opinion its not right for gray at moment but hes a top prospect.
He'll be playing U21 Euros in June so he'll probably have a late summer and be one of the last to join up for preseason
