Manager Ange Postecoglou

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Thomas Frank is an upgrade to this guy. Love the cup. But getting 17th in the league is a absolutely unacceptable
13th, 9th, 16th & 10th. Cups zero.

5th,17th and Europa League.

Can’t see the clear upgrade as yet mate. Sorry.

Possibly he has more to offer, tactically, but then Tim Der Wood also had that advantage.

The risk with Frank has to be similar to Nuno, he holds little advantage in the dressing rooms.

That’s your rationale for appointing Frank?

We can’t win the CL so it doesn’t matter if we got a coach who the players won’t believe in.

We won’t win the PL either so I guess your rationale is that’s why it’s ok to hire a manager whose best ever finish is mid table?

The ambition is pouring out of every word in your post
What's your rationale for keeping Ange? It seems to me to be the fear of what might happen, obfuscating the view of the very grim reality we are faced with at present, which is a man whom, when faced with the prospect of 4 competitions (one of which he went out of in the 2nd game we played in) managed to muster 38 points?

I feel you're intelligent enough to know exactly how facetious it is to compare finishing mid table with a team like Brentford and their resources, with finishing 17th with the ninth richest club in the world.

Seeing you like to look at stats without context.

Bayern Munich covered almost 122km per match according to uefa. So more than us and PSG.

Having watched Harry Kane play for his whole career. Do you think he is covering that ground in the same way as Dominic Solanke?

All he has to do is jog around for 90mins. That’s his km covered stat.

All running is not equal my friend.

And a telling stat below about Solanke earlier in the season. Premier league not EL.

Pressures in final third this season:
Dominic Solanke 240Everybody else Under 175And he missed two matches. Absolute beast.#thfc #coys #spurs

I wish he’d do less running and more finishing. He probably never in the right place to score as he’s knackered from doing all the closing down Son and Johnson can’t be bothered to do.

One is manager of Spurs, which is one of the top 10 richest clubs in the world

The other is manager of Brentford

I feel like a lot of people out there, don't quite grasp what 17th and 22 defeats actually is.. The idea that it can shrugged off and we go again. No. It's historically atrocious. A level of shit that can't be rectified..

The trophy was incredible.. The best night we've had many of us supporting Tottenham..

But 90 minutes of football, cannot turn a manager from being statistically the worst in our history, to one that is untouchable.

What were we thinking when we hired Poch eh, 14th and 8th place finishes in the PL and what the fuck had he won?

Can't wait for Ange In crowd to shit on Poch's contribution to our club again because "hurr durr he never won anything". Fucking hell.
