He's 17 - I'd assume best course of action would be loaning him out for a couple years (and he would't be able to hop pond until 18 anyway). Value of buying now would be just securing him from competition. Will probably be playing up a cycle at u20 WC in September - so may be worth buying prior to that if it goes through.
If Bruno Fernandes is with 100 mil then Son is easily 60-75mil even in his final year of contract. The Saudi league gets instant addition of significant Korean viewership.
