Are we expecting the club to splash the cash a little to try and butter the fans up after sacking Ange? Buying Mbuemo and Eze would take the edge of it for me ;)

I think Poch was very anti selling Eriksen and several others at their peak valuations

Spurs were ill set up to buy good players as Poch had refused to have a DoF over him dealing with players - hence having Chief Scout Hitchens with Poch also suggesting players (eg Poch was on record as demanding Sanchez after watching an Ajax v ManU EL final and Janssen playing for Netherlands v England at Wembley. All of which meant Spurs buying of players from 2916 (a year after Poch joined) through to 2019 produced insanely poor additions.
