How would you react if he went there and won another European trophy or got Forest another finish in the European places?

Ange with that Forest squad against Frank with our squad would be interesting. Hes got a great record against Frank
lolz at the first bit, but I would be fucking astonished ridged if he got them into Europe.

Ange with that squad would be an absolute disaster.

They would have to spend BIG to get it anywhere near ready to compensate for his nonsense.

Weird bit of projection there buddy. No one mentioned gooners? Why you bringing them up? Freudian slip?

Edit: I've got nothing against manual labour, I'm not a flat-earther (but they're entitled to their opinion) and I'll refer to that person as "They"

I'd be annoyed that he didn't do that with us while playing twice a week.

He qualified us for Europe in both his seasons.

They are in the Conference League? Ange and Forest would favourites for that.

Spend big like getting 3 teenagers and winning a European trophy with key contributions from 3 academy kids?

As shit as he is, our players largely suited his intended purpose, even though he couldn't figure out how to execute with any skill.

They won him that cup, not the other way around.

We'd have finished where Forest is - there abouts, or even higher - if Frank had this team + won that cup.

Do you think Forest is a club, having just recently come up, that will suffer bottom of the table football in the hope that the players can overcome Ange's shit tactics to bring a cup home?

La la land.

Will their owner accept that?

The same owner that stormed the pitch to confront Nuno?

For it to work with Forest they would have to buy big to even think about surviving the prem under Ange... let alone duke it out for a cup.

Forest have less than half our annual wage bill. I've been told ours isn't enough for a top 6 finish. Weird how it works when people aren't as critical of other teams

My fellow Aussies (not on here) disgust me. Acting as if we shot Bambi.

17th place FFS with 38 points. 74 from our last 66 league matches.
The club made the right call.

It’s NOT just Aussies. He has his fanboys of every nationality. Baffling. I have never seen such a poor coach develop such a cult of personality - at least Jose was successful and elite.

Ah the old you ain't a real Spurs fan or a Gooner cause you dare look at the bigger picture and have a balanced opinion.

Gotcha.
The bigger picture is winning, not failing to win constantly to no end. And we’re not talking a few seasons there, we’re talking a track record of failure over a multiple decade period before lucking onto Postecoglou.

The bigger picture is losing the club’s best ever player and in the next two seasons qualifying for a European competition and then winning that competition for the first time in over 40 years. That’s nothing if not progress. Fretting over finishing 17th or conceding a meaningless number of goals is the literal opposite of the bigger picture.

Face it, you’re the exact type of supporter who feeds the Levy machine and keeps him satiated. Not simply accepting of mediocrity, but actively demanding it. Repeat it with me: Finishing 4th-6th isn’t a trophy!
