If his skill is passing then it means Romero might be off and we need someone who is good at player out from the back.
My guess is 5-2-3 vs strong sides, and 4-2-3-1 vs weaker sides.
Romero likely sold, Davies sold, and one of Takai or Vuskovic loaned out.
We still need a LB or RB though.
In the Prem playing as a 21 year old for a side they got relegated ?

RCB - Romero, Danso and Dragon (when healthy)
Loan out Phillips and Dorrington
Loan or keep Takai and Vuskovic to accommodate to England. There should be no reason for these guys to play meaningful matches.
Romero off then, looks like imposing, physical CBs are the plan.... and i like it, defenders should defend first and foremost.
