Match We can be heroes part two Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester united UEFA Cup final. Bilbao 21st May

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I’m going to be very controversial here but I went to Ajax and Bilbao and I have to say I think I got a bigger buzz from the Ajax game , don’t get me wrong Bilbao was incredible but it felt more of a relief / buzz - but I have to say Ajax and the weeks leading up to the champs league final gave me a something I’ve not had since the 91 semi final . I’ll get my coat !!

The difference for me was that I knew we'd screw the Liverpool game up (I didnt think we'd do it that early though) but I also knew we'd beat Man U. The Ajax game was different for sure. It was incredible. However, the relief from winning the EL was immense. I didnt even contemplate defeat for that.

I always knew we’d win the Europa so was a very different experience. The whole way through that CL campaign it felt like we scraped through from that game v Barca all the way to Ajax. Was amazing coming back like that in the Dam but Bilboa and actually getting over the line tops it for me.

Moura's second half explosion against Ajax came so out of nowhere that it was electrifying in a way where Bilbao was just a meat grinder of anxiety.

I'll always remember both, but the one that added to the trophy cabinet is the bigger deal, it just is.

I always knew we’d win the Europa
That makes one of us :contehandshead:

Just watched the documentary and Chris Cowlin's footage of the celebrations after the final whistle, all 69 minutes of it!
A lovely afternoon reliving that, a week that will stick in the memory for a very long time. The reactions and ecstasy of both supporters and playing staff was a joy to watch again.
A few things I noticed -
1. The number of people involved in the game. There were 8 officials that went up for medals; we had five goalies; there were only 34 medals available pitch side for our players and Sonny, Cutie and Hot Rod had to wait until they got back to the dressing room.
2. We have so many different nationalities playing for us. Just from the top of my head I counted at least 16, and the players were all looking for their flag to adorn for the trophy ceremony.
3. How short is Daniel Levy? Ratcliffe and the others on the podium totally dwarfed him.
4. Brennan left the pitch and came back with a bottle of beer.
5. Although it wasn't shown in this footage, it makes me smile to remember Sonny going round to everyone, telling them how he hit his head on the trophy.
I intend to revisit the various videos on YouTube now and again during the summer, as it cheers me up no end.

Robbie Keane is 1.76m tall - I'd guess from this picture he's about 1.60 tops? so that's about 5.1/5.2ft?

Funko Pops epitomise bland mainstream corporatism, characterised by a complete lack of care to its market.

With a complete lack of creativity, they're cheap, sloppy & they're anti-art in my opinion & I hate them.

They don't even design them anymore they literally pump an image into an AI model.

They didn't even get the kit right - if you want to spend £20 on it then go for it.

You can buy a replica medal for less...
